They just doing the job description in trying to keep the forums in the tl.net desired imange. What that is ionno...but its strict enough to bad for ugly posting. But lax enough that poeple can joke around. | ||

For general, click general here on the left (<--) and you should see a link at the top of the page to create a new topic. | ||

Don't feel too stupid, I had that problem for a long time, I could only find the Create blog one. Or maybe I just wasn't here long enough to create a different type of thread at the time.
