So they start this Banjo run with a few moves already learned because of a bug. Feels kinda like cheating tbh which is a shame.

I mean, if you use bugs and shit once you start the game it's fine. It was just that this bug started before the run started altogether, like the moves continuted from one file to another.

And if more runs do that, haven't seen any then fuck those games too. Don't think it's as common as you say.

Nah it's ok I wasn't clear enough

Im always hyped for these old rpg speedruns...but when they happening, they speedrun-glitch through the game and i get lost and its just screen after screen without common thread. :/

Well, (mostly) glitch free JRPG runs means 5hr+ and are not really competitive.

They are fun and GDQ has 1 every event, but you can't really have a lot of them.
