Don't take this the wrong way but it reminds me of a story.....a friend of a friend had a gay roomate years ago in college...one day the guy is having unexplained problems with anal bleeding. Eventually he sets up a camera in his dorm secretly and discovers his roomate was drugging and raping him. Probably won't happen to you though.

Having stayed with cousins and stuff out fo country for an extended period of time I consider myself a courtiess(omfg i have no idea how to spell that ive tried like 8 times) person so I wouldnt be doing all of the shit the people in the stories do. If someone stole my shit, it would be over right there.

Is it to stop students from having a good spankytime? Over here that would look funny. its sort of so people meet people while they are at college ( i think thats the original purpose) But really, some of these universities are so big you need to have roomates or else it would be really expensive for everyone to have their own dorm. I live 5 mins from Michigan State and their freshman dorms have to be the worst pieces of shit ive ever seen. Id cry myself to sleep everynight if i lived there.

The only time I've had a roommate experience was when I had to live with my close friend for year because my mom's house was out of the school district. Shit would be game over if someone pulled any of the stuff mentioned in this thread. Oh and it's courteous. ^^

So in middle school my friend told me a story about her roomate... It was dark, dim lights came from the corridors. It was all quiet but suddenly a girl started yelling. "Head! Head!" She cried. People gathered around her bunk bed, they asked loudly "What the heck are you talking about, are you alright?" "HEAD HEAD HEAD!" The girl kept yelling "In the BACKPACK!" she finished. Pretty freaky T_T

I went to the restroom one night and when I came back, I heard him going like "HA! Waata! EeHah!" While palm striking into the air above him viciously, as if in the heat of combat. I tried to wake him up by slapping him on the face, he grunted and went back to sleep. He was like a slab of pork, insensitive to anything we throw at him. Room next to ours had a fat guy: He slept on the upper bunk, which is roughly 1.7 meters above ground. One day he was sleeping on the ground. We asked him "What the hell happened?" Apparently due to his spherical shape he rolled over the fence blocking him from falling. Fell down the the floor, and kept sleeping w/ out waking up. xD

I had a friend down the hall whose roommate invited guys over for gay sex every once in awhile. I let him take refuge in my room for the night a couple of times when that happened and would've done so for you too.

when we first moved in, he was really nice and cool and i definitely hit it off with all my 3 roommates, they were a bunch of super likable guys, but i was bunking with this kid who seemed to be the most cool/friendly. one of the others was this introvert jazz bass player and damn i should\'ve bunked with him because he never annoyed me, not even once. ANYWAY -he talked like a total douche, he could literally talk for 5 minutes without saying anything. \"you know what i mean, i don\'t know, you know, i mean i don\'t know, you know what i mean\" FUCK SHUT UP AND JUST SAY IT -he was one of the few who still believes chivalry is alive and kicking, and any time someone said anything slightly disrespectful to women he would get all up in their face and threaten to fight them if they didn\'t stop disrespecting women. i remember my other roommate, not the jazz bassist but the one who was really old school and listened to sinatra and watched boston legal after eating a steak and before smoking a cigar on the balcony, he was very quirky, but anyway one time he was like \"dick clark gets them bitches\" and this douche gets right up in his face and starts threatening to fight him if he didn\'t take it back. so the jazz bassist and i often talked about how we like to beat women and drown them, he\'d get so mad -he listened to the shittiest pop punk like angels and airwaves blink 182 on fucking repeat and blast it. it didn\'t matter that no one in the apartment liked his music, he just assumed everyone did and played it loud enough so that the entire floor could. every time i hear angels and airwaves on the radio i get so god damn irritated. whenever he found a song he liked he\'d just repeat it 100 times loud until no one could stand it, even if it was a decent song. -though this may look like a virtue, his reluctance to offend anyone ever just turned out to be a pain in the ass. he\'d go so far out of his way not to offend someone, even if no one liked or cared about said person. i\'d be like \"damn what was that fat girl doing here\" and he\'d flip \"dude that\'s not cool you gotta take that back\" -he was a fucking MOOCH. when we first moved in we agreed to share shit since we all were stocked, but not once the rest of the semester did he ever buy food, and he would always eat up my food. it was a pain in the ass for me to grocery shop in the city, but still he had no reluctance in chowing down in my shit. he even used my razor, i found it in the shower on the floor, what the fuck? anyway, at the end of the semester i had to use up all the points on my meal plan since i was transferring and i bought a shit load of food, 10 huge bottles of bottled water included. the jazz bassist helped me carry these like 20 bags the few blocks back to the dorms, where as soon as we get in, shit head dives in and starts chowing down, and he grabs a bottle of water. later that night, another bottle of water. by the time i wake up the next day, i literally have 5 of these enormous bottles of water left, so i take all my food and put it in my drawer with my clothes. he comes in like an hour later and is like \"hey man can i have a bottle of water?\" and for the first time i had to give this super nice, never offend anyone guy a piece of my mind. NO DUDE YOU EAT ALL MY FOOD AND DON\'t EVER BRING ANY OF YOUR OWN SHIT -begged that i bring guitar hero from home, so i did, and he took it to the 18th floor with his other friends and i never saw it after that. later he told me he broke it and would get me a new one. of course i still don\'t have a new one -_- i\'m glad though that i don\'t have to deal with his bullshit anymore, fuck that guy

One of the things I dislike the most on campus.
