Pills and other methods don't work because I know exactly what you are talking about. I had this when I was 12. There was once those image didn't just appear in my unconscious state. When I was conscious, it was the same image. It was scary. But they can't do anything more than that. Just that moment will feel more scary. So just do something like prayin and focusing on that which is holy. I know that sounds helpless but trust me that is the most helpful thing you can do at that moment. | ||
