My sister cleans her pipes/bongs quite often saving what she refers to as "Black Death" for those dry times. It certainly will get you ripped and I'm not above smoking it from time to time. Too much starts to hurt my throat however.

Ahahaha, glad to see that others are not above smoking tar/resin coating; shouldn't be too harmful once in a while.
Also, wondering if it's safe to smoke up before blood tests? Not drug testing blood tests, but just a regular routine blood test checkup. If they're not actively searching for THC/cannabinoid or their metabolites, smoking up a few days before shouldn't really affect the results of the test right?

They may be able to detect Cannabis in your blood but to what avail? It should not directly impact your blood test in anyway. Like affect your white blood cell count or anything like that.

Wait she literally collects all of her resin and just keeps it as a big glob? That's kind of brilliant, keep the pieces clean and collect resin over time. My pieces eventually get to the point where they're just disgusting, I bet this would help keep them a little prettier. Seems like a lot of work though, and where would i keep the resin blob?

Usually its contained in a little plastic container, tupperware or something like that. If it has a lid it won't completely dry out either. If its bong pieces you are cleaning the resin can be kind of wet, I usually scrap it on to some papers to let it dry a little.
I usually don't save resin to the extent she does, as I mainly smoke joints. But I've seen her stash get pretty big lol.

Depending on what you consider a dry spell (I am only dry when I run out of money; legal for me) it might be good to put it in a glass mason jar type thing. Glass is always better to store your liquids and foods in, and herbs are included, so why not resin?

So I'd like to use the bong more frequently but the amount of weed it requires it's way too much for me :/ I can't find that much and I don't wanna end my stash in 2 hits so I just go with joints (weed+tobacco). Are there any other ways to get high? I saw Marijuana Man doing 'dabs' with a sublimator but I have no idea whatsoever...

I use a vaporizer, and its great. I used to always smoke joints, tobacco+weed, but I really wanted to quit smoking (i also smoked pure tobacco rollies with a filter) so one day I decided to order a vape online, and since it arrived I havent smoked a cigarette. I only smoke joints very occasionally now, usually with friends, where I have no access to the vaporizer. The vape I ordered is called the "plenty" by Storz and Bickel, same company that makes the volcano, I can say I'm extremely happy with it. It produces a lot of vapour so you still "feel" like your smoking something, and refilling it replaces the join rolling ritual in a way.
the vapour is actually pure oil, and it accumulates and becomes gunky and sticky, similar to a bong. But with a vape the great thing is it doesnt combust so you can just scratch it off with a little sharp knife or w/e and put it back into the vape and use it again. Its great because it doesnt taste bad at all.

whoa i would never think bongs take more weed than joints. even if your joint is 50/50 weed and tobaco that should be more than enough bud to pack a popper in your bong that gets you ripped. I hit my pipe to conserve weed instead of rolling joints. i use maybe half as much. maybe you are letting a lot fall through or something?

Bongs are definitely more efficient than joints, you don't need to put much in, no more than you would a joint and it's all concentrated into a few big hits. All you have to do is hold the lighter over the bowl and inhale ^^

yeah i would say if you pack just enough so you can clear it than 100% of the smoke is going in your face as opposed to a joint that lets a lot burn off. make sure your bowl doesn't have too big of a hole that a lot of unburned weed is falling through or even just use a nice glass screen. a couple 0.1g bong hits will get me feeling nice as opposed to a .5g joint or w.e. its harsher with a small bong like that (i.e. harder to clear) but its still kinda better for you!
