That's a choke. Basically you put a finger there while you breathe in, filling the pipe with smoke. When it's full, you free the hole and continue to breathe in and the smoke goes from the pipe to your lungs.

Put the finger on that hole as you inhale, tap it if needed. Then release when the pipe is adequately filled with smoke.
Ya I think if I had it I would keep it as a collection piece (is that how you say it in English?). It might lose its beauty over time as you use it because of resin Well. I could probably not resist a bowl or two every once in a while.
Man I'm starting to hate this town. (Regina) Dealer has moved away, and I know nobody else that smokes. It's too damn cold to wonder the streets to find somebody. Might have to consider quitting if I can't find a steady supply, times like this I wish I was back home in Ontario, or in BC
Dragon pipe worked great-too well in fact. My first time smoking by myself and smoked WAYYYYY too much, ended up throwing up in the toilet for like 3 hours.

it's really easy to over smoke when you're by yourself because you don't pause to pass anything around try to take a break to do something in between hits, like put on music, or check your phone or something.
Curious. Anybody here have any experience with mescaline? I've been reading reports from people that have dosed 50mg but thats nothing. I really want to know about peoples experiences with 150-200+ mg. Never done cacti.

personally my favorite way to smoke is take a hit chill and repeat, take up to like 30 minutes to finish off a bowl, i usually get higher and it seems more classy lol

ive done the cacti (my buddy had several along with a bigass bag of processed peyote from them, not sure of the dosage but it was definitely well over 50mg. pretty much like in fear and loathing, you sit there for 1.5-2 hours waiting for it to work, then it feels like someone impaled you with a tree branch, but pretty quickly you are tripping very hard and don't really notice that anymore, and not long after that it goes away. the trip seemed a little more "urgent" than LSD or shrooms, the visuals were pretty similar to LSD but also had their own little uniqueness, more fractal-y for me, music was even more awesome than on anything i've taken but MDMA, and the whole expanded consciousness bit was more earthy is the only way i can put it, i didn't feel like i was communing with the spirit of god or the universe but with the spirit of earth or something like that. all in all mescaline is pretty great if you take it in the right setting with the right mood like any psychedelic. wish i could still get it my buddy who had the cacti and was into all the good drugs then got into oxys then heroin and now he's a 12 step cultist

I did it with ketamine, and it was SUPER SUPER intense, at least the comeup. It's really similar to a 2c/phenethylamine trip imo, but more colors/visuals and much more serious. also it lasts very long.

no i sadly do not, my next big purchase is going to be a vape pen, i'm gonna look for one i think is really nice in the $200-300 range
and vapes either pens or otherwise arent really that popular in my area, at least in my circle. it's all blunts and bongs (and pipes of course) except for a few people who have vapes

A lot of people I know don't like them because you don't blow out a huge toke of smoke usually when you use a vape. Feels like you get higher, but I don't know it's a perspective thing.
But I really enjoy taking a big haul or smoking doobies and blowing out that big cloud of smoke. I think it's a throwback from when I used to smoke cigarettes. You just don't get that with a vape. Don't let that discourage you from trying it out for yourself though.
