 .I really want to buy some weed but I always have trouble resisting the urge to smoke even when I have important things to do (I'm in grad school). Possessing weed definitely drops my general productivity which is something I cannot afford. Do you all have any tips or tricks to make sure you get shit done but still can enjoy lighting up occasionally? Example: only smoking on weekends or only after 7pm, etc. Thanks ahead of time, cheers! P.S. My sleep is much less restful after smoking also, any ideas on how to reduce this effect? | ||

I find that the most enjoyable way of smoking...I don't really smoke during the day anymore. | ||

Seems like only the first few tokes of the day give me a buzz, smoking more doesnt seem to produce any effect whatsoever. I might grab some more after a few weeks/months off altough I dont really feel the need, at least my "resistance" will reset back to 0. | ||

I usually find myself bored and turn to smoking a bowl but it's to the point now where I don't even really get high anymore. The Tolerance is just through the roof smoking daily (multiple times) for the last few years now with literally no break at all. Your best bet is really is just setting a little 'rule' for yourself and stick to it. Smoke before bed or after 7pm, ect. As long as you adhere to it, that's the point. As far as the rest is concerned, studies have suggested that marijuana can actually effect our sleep patterns and REM cycles. This thread is very informative on the matter: http://www.marijuana.com/surveys-polls-questions/13946-sweet-dreams-marijuana-dreams-rem-sleep.html Kind of surprised me reading all that information because a lot of habitual weed smokers (myself included) will suggest that they smoke because it helps them get to sleep at night and they find they sleep better and so forth. How ironic is it that science says it's the opposite? Now where did I put my bong, hmm. | ||
