but i am living in berlin and i also have been to multiple cafe/bars where it's more or less tolerated.

and basically in every club i go there is always someone who smokes his joint on the dancefloor ... sometimes its me.




i guess the police has better things to do than to go after that .... when i think of a park that everyone getting stoned in berlin knows is a 24/7 weed shopping mall.

Anyhoosel can anyone on here roll a tulip? I was reading this tutorial and the size of the thing cant be right, I mean it was saying the actual tulip head was made out of basically 3 king skins, that just seems too big.

Tried embedding some smoking music but the embedding was being quarrelsome so I gave up.

Was gonna be Collie Buddz; come around, best smoking song of all time imo, but the internet gods have denied it.

And regarding the tulip topic, I can roll a tulip, and I'd recommend not using the large papers, but 3 regular cigarette size papers, this will create a square, and makes for easy folding into a triangle.
You could use larger papers, but this means the tulips head will be larger, thus containing more weed.
If you need specific instructions, I could try to draw something out, but here are the basics.

Roll a regular joint (leave the top open). Make a square with three regular papers, lick n stick so to say, then fold it into a triangle and mend it.
Now you should be able to make a cone like so: V.
Fill this with pure stuff/weed/hasj whatever. Make sure it's not too loose or too tight (because you're using pure weed it should be able to breathe a bit in order for it to burn properly.
Now take the rolled joint, an put the open end in the middle of the cone's open end.
fold/twist the papers to close the tulips head and make sure it covers a bit of the joint aswell.
You could try to use dental floss of some other not easy flammable wire to make sure the head(cone) will stay on it's stem(joint).

Burn the sucker up starting at the tip of the head and once you're closing in on the wired bit, take the wire off.
The rest of the head should stay on there safely without falling.
Once the head is gone, you still have a nice fat one to toke up!

A few months ago we bought amnesia put it all in a blunt wrap which HE rolled therefore not using that little plastic cone thing, subsequently the harshest most throat abusive smoke of all time, To this day I still have a sore throat and a cough. Got high tho.

Amnesia can be quite rough on the throat, especially when you end up coughing during exhale, during inhale is even worse, this goes for basically any haze.

Regarding that blunt issue, I'd say not to use any plastic in any blunt or cigarette, but I'm not sure I completely understand what you mean there. And again, blunt is usually pure as well, so Amnesia might not be the best idea since it rough on the throat.
