How healthy is it to use brass screens on a pipe? Being the health conscious person that I am, would it be "healthier" to just roll a joint? I hear brass has a bit of lead in it.. Or what if I didn't use a screen? Just the pipe and the tobacco.
As far as benzos go I'm not aware of any glaring side effects, but as with any addictive drug, there's definitely a withdrawal period if you go without it for too long (which can be quite bad I've heard). I think some things like panic attacks or something can occur.
the only reasons to put screens in pipes is to either smoke kief/hash or to keep the ash from snapping into your mouth :<
I think brass sometimes does have lead in it as well.

Lol side effects? Of course not. Inhaling bars of xanax is actually one of the best things you could be doing for yourself.

I second this.... thing is fucking AMAZING I got mine +bag+grinder+screens for 150 on ebay. Def try and get a free grinder especially a 4 piece....shit increases surface area and shit....just trust me get a good grinder wit da buddha.
Also if you set it at just the right temp there is virtually no smell in addition to how much more efficient it is.
So yea get that one, i had it ship to my university no issue what so ever... i think its even made in the USA? (could be wrong)

This reminds of a drug people were using here in Brazil a while ago, the car honk (or w/e you call them) had a gas that was sold in cans in many stores for like 6 dollars ....
