I might not give you the answer you were aiming for, since I'm from the Netherlands, however smoking marijuana is still a bit of a taboo amongst people, even though it's decriminalized people still look at you weird if you walk downtown with a joint in your hand.
However I don't feel any shame doing it, since I feel that most of the people looking at me weird are doing it out of ignorance.
It's perfectly fine telling people you're a stoner here, sure like I said you might get some wise-ass going: "its bad for you" but it's not like you'll get into trouble for that :D
Harder drugs are less accepted here (As they should be), I don't really discuss having done shrooms/cocaine with random people unless they're stoners themselves.

Most people whom I encounter on the latter who tell me they are high, are about to attempt cheese. They complain when I shut them down.

I wish i had a vape, too expensive. I just have a personal piece that i use, but when i go down and smoke with my friends they have some really hi tech, super physics bongs that we smoke out of. They also own dispensories so we tend to smoke the newest and best herbs there is in California =D
