Hers a cool (completely true story for those interested ) my house got robbed a few years back ( about 4 lbs just trimmed og kush and purple urkle ) i knew the guy that ran in my house... the dumbass did it when i was asleep on my lazyboy , jumped over me ran out the door etc wile i was passed out in front of tube along with 3 dumb-ass friends . Me and friends got clear look at him , chased his ass into a field but the fuuck got away . anyway i knew where he lived ( with his girlfriend ) and camped out side his house.. but not before calling the cops .. thats right my crop was and is protected by our county , state , and city laws ; i have 5 different 215 in my position ( i am a caretaker for 4 others 215 ) i can have up to 3 lbs per card in my car or house .. that's right 15 lbs. in my car and i am not considered a drug dealer ) anyway the police retrieved my weed or helped me . Because the guy that took it was on parole , after the cops told his girl what was up and what time he would be facing for this felony parole violation he called me on my cell saying " man i didn't expect you to call the cops " lol . I told him if he brought my shit back i wont press charges ( although i cant control the d.a. they most likely wont prosecute without my help , not to mention i personally know Giagos humboldt counties d.a. .. Anyway he was run out of town not long after as i am considered a local ( been here about 8 years and participate in local events ).. and locals get each others backs .. if you all are sick of persecution in the USA , move to northern cali all i got to say . The cops are here to protect and serve literally the way it should be .. the rippers are the ones you have to watch for ..... I've got so many crazy stories .. First month living here got pulled over .. cop smells weed . looks in my jar , and says man that's the good shit huh lmao . i knew i had 215 but only just moving there i was leery , after being persecuted my entire adolescent life in the Midwest I just wasn't convinced i wouldn't be arrested .. serving multiple years for marijuana along side rapists and murderers , because i like to get high on weed , a completely non violent past-time will kinda form post dramatic stress . When i flew my mother out to visit and show her my grows ( she is an old hippie )she had problems suspending disbelief as i did when first coming here . She could not believe we could walk down the street and legally smoke weed , or stand 30 feet from any building , like right out side a bar and smoke .She could not conceive that the local sheriff had inspected my grow .. Basically in my city ( Arcata ) weed is treated more or less the same as cigarettes in public , but you better have your 215 in town while smoking in public during the daytime , because Ranger Bob is an asshole . he likes to bust non 215 holders ( which amounts to a ticket and a small fine LMAO i really do not know why he bothers )and get this , if you dont have your card on you and they confiscate your herb , you can go to the station , show your card and get it back ; as its considered your legal property .. On another note I read it passed recently in colorado ( congrats) not sure of the details of your laws . anyone from Colorado would be interested to hear if its county to county differences or not like in cali ... or a single state standard ( i ve heard it is very deregulated right now and they are encouraging large grows ; the tax benefits (income) that will follow . if this is true i may be looking to invest there . so pm me Colorado kids that want to work | ||

Where billions are made each year , and millions in tax revenue earned for the counties , the d.a the police are instructed to protect this trade ( although C.A.M.P is another story ) c.a.m.p = cam pain Against marijuana production .. it is a federally sponsored , PRIVATELY FUNDED ( thats right privately ) org . that flies around and rips up large outdoor grows , it is funded by the liquor and tobacco companies . Basically they fly around and look for full sun large grows , when finding one they come down zip lines like freaking rangers with machine guns ( no shit) and rip all your plants up , then they leave without arresting anyone.. however every year it has been less and less , and its only the huge grows they go after , as the case flow is just too big toi handle , the local government does not cooperate in any way ( imagine that ) 3 out of 4 houses in my county have grows . that is the statistics . So the war on weed doesnt realy work here the feds gave up long ago , and only fuck with people blowing it up beyond reason .. like 800,000 watt multiple warehouss grows or having like 5 k plants full sun with a lb on each plant . Or the big names like Ed Rosenthal to make examples , but over the years moire and more grow ( and with the locals government not handling any case flow) the feds just gave up more or less, Not to mention being sued'( and losing )by several local governments for over stepping bounds ( one i can think of is laytonnville where many growers along with the city sued the feds and won ,, since then they are alot more careful and dont really fuck with anyone , there are just to many of us , what are they gonna do put an entire state in federal jail , because we are not gonna go to local prison . they just do not have the resources or man power . so i stay a medium fish in a huge sea , and i in no way feel in danger | ||

Seriously though, growing your own sounds so sweet. You get to control everything about it and you don't pay through the nose to get it through shady dealers. | ||

,, yeah this is a modern day states rights issue , and we need to stick up for our rights . The history of this natural herb being illegal is plain to see ( who lobbied against it and why ) the trillions upon trillions spent int his stupid corporate war on the American people has to end . the prison space filled with non violent offenders ( i can speak from personal experience) has to stop . Being persecuted for my beliefs and serving years of my life for what i believe in was enough for me to pick up and move .. i came to california with less than 1 k in my pocket and only a trim job waiting for me .. 3 months later i had my first grow ( only 4k watts) , and a fully furnished house kicked down to me by my boss , ( only had to pay rent he gave me beds , clones , equipment all kinds of shit he had made tons of loot and was leaving , we became good freinds over those months and i was the last man standing kinda thing )and lots of freindly locals helping me gets started .. i hitch- hilked the somoa highway and 101 daily to get to and from the city to my beach house ( manila) for supplies , funny enough i met 2 of my closest friends this way . Somoa is the safest highway to hitch hike in the usa , there hasnt been a violent crime commited in like over a decade and its legal in our city ( every road has a bike lane alongside it , people do not road rage here , very rarely is anyone violent even in bars , its like another country altogether You can always tell an out of towner by how they drive . speeding around every where , hurrying to catch the red light etc , people here for the most part are laid back .. OF course there are exceptions .. and there are the tweekers , crack heads , which make up 90 p[percent of the rippers and violent poeple , and mainly it is growers against the rippers , who are mainly tweekers SO not trying to say its shangrala or anything , but the best thing ive seen in usa by far . Still there are some bad parts in the city of eureka about 6 miles from arcata across the bay . This is where the rippers and tweekers stay . now every one here parties and sometimes narcotics make there way into parties no one judges , but when i say tweeker i mean people that do sp[eed every day and crack . stay up for weeks for thier entire lives ( which will be 30s most likely before heart attack, or being shot ripping ) so im not judging anyone for recreational narcotic use and not really for habitual either , just the violent thieving ones | ||

the reason i say this is because states lost their rights , and the birth of our federal monster began . This was what set the stage for the war on drugs . This is what our country was meant to be and no longer is sadly enough Americans have strayed so far from our roots it is sad . we are mice in cages , the majority of us are so asleep behind the wheel , i fear nothing short of revolution will kill this federal beast we have slowly created , imo Lincoln was the worst pres in history ( ending slavery aside , but he accomplished it in a terrible way taking states rights ) , our schoolbooks make the war about that , its really about states rights , the government could have given slaves rights while maintaining states rights by merely amending the constitution in a way that didn't remove said rights after winning the civil war .. not trying to derail the thread but i see this very much connected with marijuana being illegal , and most with what is wrong with usa today although i do believe in universal health care , this also could be run by states but mandated by the feds | ||

is there any pre/post match testing for chronic in the professional starcraft leagues? cuz like, most ppl would consider it a disadvantage anyways, to be high, but they still test for it in the olympics and stuff. but for some ppl chronic actually helps you play better. and it makes the game more fun cuz video games + weed = 1 of the best combinations in history. so in the pro starcraft leagues, can u blaze and play? or do u get DQ'd and do they test for it? | ||
