EPIC!!!!!! I've got a joint laced with hash right now that I'll smoke with her, MWAHAHa XD
I believe we do not share the same definition of what a "brick" is.

sorry dude but i have trouble believing that a brick of weed costs you $20 anywhere. that's gotta be at least an ounce.

you sure you weren't buying hay? 30 bucks for an ounce is unheard of.
|
haha yeah, it blew my mind too. they're pretty much just the mids that you and i are probably accustomed to. not the best smoke in the world, but for 30 bucks an oz, sure why not.
it seems like the closer to mexico you are, the cheaper your weed is going to be. when i spent a couple weeks in texas last summer it was pretty much the same there.
|
in contrast, i heard they are a lot stricter about mj in texas! ive only been there once, but there was a dog at the airport.

Got a friend in TX who pays that regularly for weed.
Granted, it's Mexican, but he says he can also get stuff comparable to the good dro I get here for $300 for liek $100 by him.

A brick is 2.2 lbs. A bale is 10lbs. At least round here anyway

yeah man, an ounce for 30 bucks, i honestly dont think so.
i can get regular shit at my area for 200-250 an oz and fire starts at 300 and up

Yeah, try living in the city that borders the border, Roma, aka little Columbia.
The weed flows like water and is as cheap as it, too ;D!

avreage price for an Oz here is 50-60 for mids ive seen oz go fro 30 before though its not unheard of.You just have to live close to the border/in mexico to get those prices.the further you get away from the border the higher priced the mids are for dro/kronik your going to be paying about the same prices as anywhere.
|
$30/oz is schwag/nasty. Even in weed towns and border towns, an oz. of female, seedless chronic is at least 200 bucks.
I'd have to see a pic of your $30 stash to believe otherwise.
On a related note, I'm absolutely disgusted by the Mexican drug trade, and I won't buy imported pot anymore. I'll even go without; I just can't patronize that shit.
Plan to start growing here soon, anyways. :D :D

I don't really know anything about growing but does anyone know how much the equipment would cost to just start up a couple of plants indoors?
|
Good lighting and a proper ventilation system could run ya a pretty penny

Fuddx, your friend does great work. I love this one:
Kinda reminds me of my favorite piece. This is my dream bubbler. They even initial it for you. Worked glass is expensive but worth it.
Yeah Hawk, it's true. To properly grow indoors, without getting caught, requires a lot of variables to be just right (for example, have to wait until I get my own place because nobody can know or I'll get robbed), and it's not fucking cheap. But I buy a $300 oz almost every month so the returns ill be worth it.

With all the equipement and materials for growing about 4 plants and maintaining a motherplant for replication, I priced my startup costs to about 1200 bucks. You could do it a lot cheaper (around $500) but my setup will use timers and automatic irrigation for minimum hassle.
