If you made a comic of a terror leader blowing up a school they'll just play it off like another western media thing. You draw a cartoon of a terror leader getting admonished by the spirit of a respected religious leader or made into a joke and they will lose their shit.

I am not the least bit scared of these types of people. When I wake up in the morning I'm going to do at least a dozen things that are more likely to kill or hurt me.
It's like being terrified of some stranger kidnapping your kid, when in all likelihood it's your family or friends who are way more likely to take them. People have an irrational fear (kidnapping by a stranger) and while focusing on that irrational fear, they ignore basic precautions to the significant and real threats they face.
It's because if you trust your creepy uncle with your kid and he runs off and rapes your kid, everyone feels bad for you, and sympathizes. If your kid gets snatched at a park while you deal with a sudden case of the squirts everyone critiques you and wonders what kind of a parent could allow such a thing. "She should of took her kid" "Yeah sure she HAD to go to the bathroom" "etc.."

If a corporation sells a product that kills ~half a million people (just in the US) no one is scared no one blames the government for the deaths, life goes on. If some whackjobs kill a dozen or so people, suddenly the government is failing and the terrorists are winning, sharia law is just around the corner.
