It might have worked for you, but most people are smart enough to see that there's nothing wrong with sex. There are a few cases where people are too stupid to realize this, but that's beside the point. The issue is: should we provide condoms to kids who are having sex already and may be too poor to buy condoms? Who the hell is too poor to buy condoms. That's a ridiculous question. I have a solution: make them get a part-time job. There, problem solved.

Even if someone DOES decide to have sex because they now have a condom, it's still safe sex, and we've agreed that safe sex is not a problem.

There's nothing wrong with being protected. Schools handing out condoms to students gives off a negative image because the school is supporting sex at that age (14-18). That's why I disagreed.

But make sure you're protected". Since when did our school system support premarital sex? It is quite obvious that you're discussing whether premarital sex is good or bad, though what we're discussing is actually whether or not the distribution of condoms at high schools is a positive/negative thing... you can't say that the distribution of condoms is negative just because it supports premarital sex. that premarital sex is bad is your OPINION, it is not a fact - therefore, your argument is invalid.

BECAUSE HAVING SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE ISN'T THE PROBLEM HOLY SHIT. if someone is married, but has unprotected sex, they will run a higher risk of STD and pregnancy. why? CUZ THEY DOIN IT WITHOUT A CONDOM. marriage didnt stop herpes there did it?? If you want to discuss the values of sex at the age of 14-18, then that's fine with me. Start up a separate topic. If someone is married, but has unprotected sex 1000 times, they still won't get STDs if their partner doesn't have it. Pregnancy? That's how married couples control child birth. Condoms. We're talking about high school students, not married couples, or adults.

EVEN IF THEY DO, A CONDOM PREVENTS THE SPREAD OF SAID STD ARE YOU TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THIS?

The values of premarital sex at the age 14-18 is a separate topic. I will argue with you if you wish.

No, but having sex 1000 times with 1000 different partners increases the chances of you getting infected by 100000%. As I said, condoms don't prevent the spread of STDs in oral sex, just vaginal sex. And I doubt people would only have vaginal sex. My assumption is you also usually kiss during sexual intercourse. Correct me if I'm wrong.
