Let me set this straight once and for all: People have sex no fucking matter what. Sex is natural, and teenagers will always have sex, regardless of if they have a condom available or not. Handing out condoms prevents the girl from becoming pregnant, and protects the people taking part in the sexual act from diseases. IN OTHER WORDS, the distribution HELPS teenagers remember HOW IMPORTANT IT IS to use a condom, and it ENCOURAGES THEM to use one while having sex. is that so FUCKING HARD to understand? But that suggests you believe that you shouldn't have sex unless you are married... I am avidly against this, and I'm gonna start an elite group of people who go out and have sex with as many people as they can without being married...this new way of thinking will destroy you.
