Any money that you donate now will be donated along with other people and put into a fund that they will use for the next disaster (if you are donating to primary agencies like the red cross, et al). What the phillippines right now need more than anything else is SUSTAINED support. In fact, if you are considering donating anything at all, you should probably put it on your calendar 6 months from now as a reminder. Also, as a reminder, Haiti could really use your help. They are still recovering from that 7.8 earthquake and everyone else seems to have forgotten. Haiti is still hurting badly. THey need your help. So in conclusion, make a donation to help haiti right now, and put it on your calendar to help the struggling phillippines in about 6 months, after all the red cross aid relief has dried up, thanks for reading | ||
