For some background information, a very similar ending appeared in Nunn's Chess Endings. Please read that book to make an informed decision. What exactly are you trying to argue ? That if this position is play over 1000+ times there would be all draws and 0 wins for White, it that what you implied ?

This isn't a 100% draw and even if, why should Carlsen stop to play as long as the game isn't over?

"there's zero chance to lose here, so why not play on, magnus likes to do that"... "please show me how white wins!!!!"

FYI, a grandmaster tweeted "I ran through a line where the rooks were exchanged, and it was a win for white"

I still have no idea what's your position in the argument is =/. So you're saying Black is actually better in this position/white have a substantial chance of loosing or what ? Edit: not account for surprise blunders of (26. Kd2) magnitude. Oh as the poster below me clarify that you're arguing Black would be better/advantaged after a Rook exchange ? Er no comment on that - _ -

You are trying to argue that GM Anand - world chess champion - looked at the very basic idea of exchanging rooks (a position that is frankly not that difficult to analyze from there) and somehow came to the wrong conclusion that it was a losing position. And then you are saying that the GMs who are watching this game that have also considered a rook trade and are saying it is a win for white are also erroneous. You, however - brilliant, keen master's mind that you are - have seen through this position, and have arrived at the right conclusion that will stun the chess world. You will never make it in chess with this attitude. It cannot happen. You are trying to reinvent physics, not iterate on it.

The fact that the engine gives +x means that it's either won or a drawn endgame the computer doesn't understand. Computers all cheat anyways, just ask Kasperov.
