Also, my stream is back but it's playing an ad for some Russian museum? I don't see how Qf4 forces either of those things, He can either play aggressively with a check or take the a2 pawn.
My stream isn't back at all

Wowowowow Anand pounding back that water. Poongko of chess.

I personally feel queen and especially queen and heavy piece endgames are just terribly complicated. One wrong move and everything collapses

Yeah that QR endgame in game 1 was so scary, I couldn't figure out the variations at all. This is more manageable.

Exactly that's why I always trade queens off^^

Magnus seems a little more grumpy than usual and it looks like Anand is in a pretty good mood right now, excited to see how the match continues.

I really liked the pawn G5 move carsen pulled today... not only its a brilliant move, he pulled it off on the nail biting time limit :D.

Q: Magnus, what's the difference between Chennai and this game? A: I think in Chennai the score was 2-2 after 4 games, I don't see any difference.

Yeah, she retired this year.
Technically she's still the highest rated woman player as it takes a year before she's considered inactive by FIDE, I think. However she might get passed by Hou Yifan, who is rated 2673 at the moment. She might even turn out to be as strong as Judit was at her prime in a few years.

What's your prediction on the opening choice from both players today?
|
Really hope Magnus starts turning this around, I've never been worried about him before, but something is wrong ;S
|
I don't think Carlsen's that worried since he only used 8m on the first 16m moves. Anand doesn't appear to have anything out of the opening but a bishop pair. Black's position is very solid.

Yeah, he seems much more confident in this game than the two previous ones
