Although the series is primarily focused on FPS games, it's still massively entertaining for us as gamers. I guess it makes sense, given that FPS comprises the majority of gaming interests. But I wish there was more SC or RTS based content in it. Maybe there will be!
I guess I kind of always imagined that going to South Korea as a SC:BW player would've been like going to VGHS. Heh. So without further poo:

Premise:
The series is set in the near future where video gaming elevates its best players to stardom by its position as the world's most popular competitive sport. One such celebrity gamer is 'The Law', a master first-person shooter player. His fame is so great that a news channel invites him to play a match live on national television. As part of the TV show he's on, they put him into a random server vs. random opponents. Given that he's the best gamer in the world, he effortlessly kills all of his opponents. Growing bored, he starts showing off and dancing around, killing people in creative and risky ways. And all goes well until a lucky shot from Brian (who came back from being AFK just in the nick of time), kills him. Making 'BrianD' the first person to kill 'The Law' . This fortunate shot earns Brian international fame as the "One Shot Wonder" and gains him a place at the 'Video Game High School' (VGHS), an elite academy for the world's top gamers. Unfortunately, 'The Law', who now bears a grudge against Brian, also attends VGHS; the Law is determined to humiliate Brian and force him out of the school.
They've only produced one season so far... And it's AWESOME! They've already begun production of Season 2 using Kickstarter as their source of funding (just like S1).
If you're a gamer then you're going to enjoy this. If you don't enjoy it, then you're just a noob! I know a lot of TL users are super elite critics, but, just watch it for what it is.. An indie production. Honestly, given how extremely tiny the amount of resources that went into this project was, the end result is really impressive.
ESPORTS ALL THE WAY!!
For fun, here's a cool infographic about the production costs and other related info for Season 1 of VGHS in spoiler (it's a long image): + Show Spoiler +
