Yeah I feel the same, his runs were all pretty good and he's very entertaining. Definitely following from now on.
His kingdom hearts 1/2 runs are amazing I highly recommend them (Even if his KH1 WR is so easily beatable I'm tempted to learn it )

He had an awesome first third of the run, and then was disappointed for slowing too much due to mistakes in the rest of the run - even though his final time is still pretty strong. We should tweet to him to cheer him up.
edit: Oh, I didn't realize he really had a problem with that guy talking... I also thought he shouldn't be so critical about every detail like he was, but assumed they are good friends if Cosmo allows it.
Tbh, i think people are heavily overexaggerating how frustrated cosmo was because they don't like mirrored.
This is true I think. Alot of people want to hate on mirrord and convince themselves cosmo hates him too.
Mirrord was being pretty bad though. Saying things like "Now we're going to do this and this, even though he obviously isn't involved in the speedrun.
Yeah i thought so as well. Worst part was the whistling during the boss fight

The whistling was a donation challenge that got completed.

It's ridiculous how you people blow things out of proportion. I'm pretty sure Cosmo had no problem with Mirrored explaining everything that's going on, because as the runner himself, he would surely not be able to focus as well on commenting it as him (which is what keeps these runs interesting for the masses). But yeah, keep on hating, it sure must feel nice to be part of a mindlessly bashing bandwagon, doesn't it?

Kid of sad I'm missing FF9 right now. I'm playing through the game now, I don't want spoilers! I was trying to finish before AGDQ but school kicked my ass lol.

Clearly you haven't watched Cosmo before if you think he can't or doesn't want to commentate his own run. You must have also missed him saying during the run that he was flustered that they weren't letting him talk. You also must have missed him saying in IRC that he was disappointed that he flew to the event just to have someone else take over his run. Everyone is just hopping on the unwarranted hate machine.

Cosmo streams his runs and commentets them as he plays all the time. Thats how he entertain people, but also to keep his pace. He did say druring the run that all the talkingmade him flustered. And he has shown his dissatisfaction in SRL chat after his run. So yeah, you are wrong. Here is a screenshot of the IRC chat. http://i.imgur.com/ihJeN.jpg
