Turns out there's other titles in the genre, and while I appreciate the Final Fantasy games for getting me into RPGs in general, I have no desire to play them again. Ever. I'm a huge fan of Western RPGs instead, I would have way preferred to see titles like Planescape: Torment, Fallout 1 & 2, Morrowind, and Deus Ex make it farther in the brackets. I think all of those listed are better than even the best JRPG. That said, Final Fantasy 6 and 7 are still better than Pokemon. | ||

"Easier game" ehhhh...I don't know if I would agree with that. Even at the highest level, War3 pros never really reached the skill cap, whereas I think BW was a lot more figured out. Granted though, there were a lot more BW professionals than War3 professionals. It's always difficult to compare difficulty between games that are so different. Anyway, even if you do want to claim Starcraft is a better franchise than Warcraft, which is fine...Starcraft wasn't in the poll. War3 is probably the closest thing so it makes sense that a lot of people here would vote for it. | ||
