The S6 actually looks sexy and compelling. Even Samsung Pay looks like the phone-wallet that everybody has been looking for. Works with all current magnetic strip credit card readers? Talk about versatility.

From the reviews I've read, they've majorly improved everything, especially performance, in Touchwiz Lollipop.

Anyone else phone currently BROKEN AS SHIT due to latest os update? My whats app just freezes like every 2 seconds. I know whats app for android is coded by a monkey or something anyway but with this latest update to the phone it just freezes and crashes constantly

Also experiencing a lot of bugs in general with my apps.

Wait a couple weeks after an OS update comes out (or any software). Even the Nexus line of phones is prone to going to shit after an update.

Just looks like a iPhone clone though with those lines across the back. Doesn't look that great compared to all the new ones. M8 was nice at the time but it's been a year and everyone else has gotten their metal game going on.

I wouldn't call it an iPhone clone since they've been using that design for several years now before the iPhone introduced those lines on the back etc. The M9 is definitely still a great phone but it looks like the Samsung S6 is superior in pretty much every way aside from the speakers this year.

Lollipop is the worst update ever. I would go back to KitKat and wait for 5.1 IMO.

I using Samsung S5 and it was just new update that was like 3gb or whatever. Im guessing this "lollipop" update. Everything has gone alot brighter on background. Contact page is pure white with turquoise green on top. It just lags like fuck now and locks up a lot on Whats app. The only app that gets alot of use. Just seems sloooowwww.

Didn't happen when i did any of the other os updates, i have had from Jelly Bean onwards on S3 and S5

How do people feel about the Moto X 2nd gen? I'd really prefer to go with something that is running stock (or at least close), and the Nexus 6 is just too expensive. How is the Moto X compared to a Nexus 5? Also are there any other good options?

i think the motox was liked
camera has some issues and i heard about some minor battery life complaints from a friend of mine but other than that it's been pretty negligible

the n5 is a 'purer' google experience but the stuff that motorolla added are all semi-useful yet unobtrusive additions to the os

but either way I'd wait for the next round of phones that are bound to release in the next couple months before deciding

Don't the new Moto X/Nexus usually not come out until Q4? Or is there something that might be worth looking at that is coming sooner? I've been looking for other phones coming out this year running stock android but I haven't really seen anything announced.

I've always hated Touchwiz but it seems like it's been vastly improved upon with the Galaxy S6 and now I'm seriously considering the S6 for my next phone.
