I disagree totally becouse this is battlefield related. But Im going to assume they get to use the guns from their movies OR about the same ones for being fair=p
If minigun vs rocketlancher its first major hit = win... So the attacker will die, defending/hiding is more easy.
If both got identical robocop weapons I think he would fuck terminator up badly, but not enough for victory. Terminator is stronger, faster and more flexible in like a City... But my point is, the battlefield is crucial before judge!
