Exactly, and I don't see how the prosecutor asking us to assume that the evidence isn't accurate is really valid... he basically claimed that the testimony of the witnesses were all wild estimations without ever (afaik) asking the witnesses themselves: "Is this an estimation?" | ||

it's hard to explain. the whole prosecution was to try to say that you couldn't line up the John Good/Jenna Laure(sp?) timelines. thats absurd of course, and the defense tried using two parallel lines to barney style it. doesn't look like it worked though. | ||
