(thats not true im probably gonna be really trad with OCBDs and knits and boots...) shame you're not into derbies or something. something heavy like this + Show Spoiler + ![]() or this + Show Spoiler + ![]() would be sick [1] [2] . but i guess thats pulling in a slightly different aesthetic of modern/clean looks (or RO). though maybe consistent with schneider's shirting/trousers. i feel like i need to go look at more people wearing SS also more drapey t's

A Uniqlo spokesperson confirmed that Sander is not involved in the re-release. welp hopefully they keep all materials the same that duffle and the formal stuff would be nice

drapey tees yes, the only ones I know though are AA viscose which are fine but they only come in black or dark navy For derbies I just think why not get a boot, they look the same with pants, I'm never wearing shorts with them and very rarely cuffing enough to see ankles.

those are just examples i found browsing real quick. obv better and more contexual options. but something chunky and grounded to contrast the drapeyness would be kinda cool.

All my kops lately have been based on how well they complement the merino or moth. I know I need wool trousers, don't wanna wear oxfords, derbies, etc, also winter's coming but not sure what boots to get. + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() pupal: ![]() not sure what to wear with this either You could try slimmer black pants (chino-like or jeans) with black shoes or boots? It makes you look like a bit of a youngster, admittedly, but it has the benefit of emphasizing any drapey/looser top you have by making the bottom slim and inconspicuous. For shoes, maybe some kind of chelsea boots? I get that it's completely different from what you're going for there, but eh why not ;D Edit: Oh and I liked Juliette's suggestion too. And you can find cool not-too-dressy derbies for less than that.

Vancouver has a tonne of flannel wearing men, and none of those flannel wearing men work in construction. I recently purchased http://www.clarksusa.com/eng/product/sandover_walk/26068062 and I'm hoping I can wear them casually. They're pretty damn comfy for being so cheap.

like if you're going around wearing some straight baggy jeans with a flannel and some timbs you'd fall right into construction worker stereotype if you wear some 511s or whatever is the cheap preferred skinnies with some chucks, nobody's going to ask you to put on a hard hat.

Edit: Actually look at the first item here: http://www.fashionbeans.com/2014/contrasting-outfit-combinations/. Those outfits look nice to me. Casually refined. You can absolutely wear them casually. In fact, they're casual shoes ;D
