i dont know how worth it hugo boss blazers are for 5-6 bills. although, to be fair my favorite shirt is a hugo boss shirt
http://www.yoox.com/us/men/shoponline/l.b.m. 1911_d
lbm 1911s run 300-400 and are probably better constructed
http://www.ebay.com/sch/Blazers-Sport-Coats-/3002/i.html?_dcat=3002&Brand=isaia
isaia runs 700 ish and are def better constructed
forgive me though i dont remember most of my classic menswear brands anymore bc i stopped following it
- meanwhile mmm zips are around ~400. i wish id gotten those HMMMM ones tbh i want something entry level but looks ok right now i think because i dont know if i want them/they fit into my closet yet.
all the things i want now are in that $300-$400 range that i can't really afford to get more than 1 or 2 a year of
|
the hmmmm were terrible the shape is completely different
they're on sale for 150-200 at the lowest, just be patient
|
hit me up when they're at the 150-200 range i want to cop too bruhs
|
oh they go lower... will do.
ill @ you alex. what size are you? and actually how do mmms size? if im 9.5 do i go up or down
|
i'm a 9 in nikes but like idk shoe sizing is fuckin' weird
|
im 9.5 in nike
nikes should be the de facto standard of shoe sizes lol.
|
they run a size large so size down.
150 is rare though, 200-250 is a fair price considering 600+ retail. yoox also has sitewide sales so in conjunction, the price should be close to 150ish

you posted a technical jacket blazer, two wool-based jackets/blazers, and two hoodies wtf is it you want
also yoox models are awful you should probably refer to another site for fit pictures.

r u daft
what is it you want us to give advice on? the shit you want is all over the place. It isn't outerwear, it isn't simply jackets, and it definitely isn't a shirt. so you want a suggestion for any type of slim fitting top?

I still think theres better things to throw your money at than burberry blazers. It'd be a bit different if you were buying burberry outerwear but they're not particularly known for blazers
If you wanted a luxury brand, Prada has its suiting manufactured by a certain suit maker that i cant quite remember
I was just posting examples, by the way. Like andy said yoox models are pretty meh and its hard to find smaller sizes. And te designs you're seeing arent as important because there'll always be plain navy ones around. Its more the cut and construction that mattet

I also bought a pair of land's end (lol) Chelsea boots because I'm desperate for black boots. If they're really bad irl I'm gonna return them

generally people post 'i want outerwear' or 'i want a blazer' or 'do you think this will fit [insert environment & body type]' or 'I'm looking for ___ does anyone have experience with stuff like ___' not post a bunch of random garments burberry that have no coherence and say 'opinions?'
Posting aside: - the technical jacket is awful - The twill jacket has 3 pleats, one on each side and one in the back, along with the traditional british double vent. overall it makes the jacket look oddly contoured and pinched in the middle. this results in a feminine hour-glass shape which, if you're as small as you say you are, only serves to accentuate your shortcomings. - I think the shoulders are too structured for the mohair jacket. It also suffers from the same tailoring details as the aforementioned twill jacket. - the hoodies are awful as well, no idea why you'd try to buy a simple hoodie from burberry, a renowned manufacturer of coats.
as a sidenote yoox fits are awful because they're a mass retailer and they don't take the time to curate their stock. they don't have any clue how a particular designer's items should fit. their fit on the models are also obscene because they keep choosing a generic size and putting it on their models when some things are supposed to fit slim or some things are supposed to fit slouchy.

I think the twill jacket's shape gives off the vibe that I am comfortable with my shape/size and that I am not trying to over compensate for a larger frame.
And the hoodies not because of their design so much as the material, my curiosity meter is off the roof with what shearling/cashmere hoodies would feel like as opposed to traditional cotton ones

i kinda want something like this but they're so rounded.. too bulky for my aesthetic i think.
http://www.styleforum.net/t/367424/fiorentini-baker-elf-in-black-suede
- i understand that that's how you look at it but i agree with andy on this one - while you may feel comfortable, this jacket is borderline feminine, especially with those lapels. and if that's your thing cool but if you're just looking for a blazer you can get an mtm canali for 1.5k lol.
