Married soldiers who commit adultery can be charged under the UCMJ, male or female. Sadly, their civilian spouses are not under any such restrictions. Its not like finding out that your spouse is cheating can have a negative impact on a soldier's morale. (adultery is covered by the general article, under bringing the force into disrepute, negatively impacting the functioning of the army, etc) | ||
