Or some variation of that so that inaction = no laws passed. And not this current bullshit of inaction = fucked. The existing number of laws is already ridiculous. They just keep adding more and never removing old/obsolete ones. There needs to be some root-striking action, instead of everyone shitting their pants every week because yet another head of the hydra has popped out.
