I'm not American but is there anything equivalent to this in Canada? cause I don't believe I ever came across anything like a Juggalo or anything similar.

After watching that interview, my respect actually went down... I feel like its irresponsible to say things to people like: go smoke stuff, simply because you expect that person to know better... especially when people try to emulate you.
We've come across this debate within the starcraft 2 community itself, are we, as representatives of starcraft and Esports responsible for setting good examples for the community, or should we be free to be as vulgar for vulgarities sake, and ignore consequences that don't directly affect us.

There were a few kids that were into this sort of thing at my high school several years ago. I never thought much of it, but apparently the FBI is starting to take it more seriously.
In its 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment, the FBI has classified the Juggalos as a "violent, fast-growing "gang" worth monitoring."
The Juggalos are highlighted in the bureau's 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment report as a "non-traditional gangs" alongside the traditional ethnic-based Asian, East African and Caribbean gangs; the report classifies Juggalos among "hybrid gangs" such as the Latin Kings.
According to information from the National Gang Intelligence Center cited in the report, the Juggalos "are rapidly expanding into many U.S. communities" and "engage in criminal activity and violence."
Law enforcement officials in at least 21 states "have identified criminal Juggalo sub-sets," according to the NGIC.
