I'm surprised Trump is even 8:1. I don't know much about politics but I never took his run very seriously.

Trump has a 0% chance of winning; his target audience (willing to forgive stupidity if candidate is enough of an asshole) is only so big. Could never capture 50% of an electorate. His chances of winning R primary are insanely low. His odds of the general are 0.
But.... betting odds aren't based on actual likelihood; they're based on who bets what. And plenty of idiots with money to blow have a Trump fetish.

I haven't looked at the stats in a long time, but it's in the ballpark 40-50% US, 10% Germany, 10% Canada, 8% Sweden, Rest. Could have changed since though.

It's not much more US than you would expect from population, and most of EU and other nationalities don't speak English as first language, so they may go to sc2 sites in their own language instead.

What is the name of that movie where there is a scene of a really bored rich kid (who invented 3M tape, or velcro, or something sticky) who is shooting arrows (on fire?) in the sky at 90 degrees and then try to dodge them when it falls down?
Tried many google searches... Any clue would be appreciated.
