Unlikely. Or better: definde "zergling" You sure can breed animals that are super fast and withstand bullets from current assault rifles. This is b/c they are designed to neutralize humans and humans are relatively fragile. So current logic is to decrease caliber/impact for more ammo. The more you shoot the more likely you hit. so you can "armor" them in an appropriate way and send them on the field. The problem though is that you can change the caliber/impact more easily than your breeding and there will come a point where you end up with something like a rhino instead of a cheetah b/c the armor actually weights something. plus machine guns are super effective. The real problem I see with this comes from something else: How to lead your zerglings if you don't have a telepathic overmind and how do you deal with tanks? I have a hard time seeing anything on an animal that suited at breaking through tank armor that you can't put on the tank as armor. And more because a tank has a diesel engine behind it. Did you just pull this entire thing out of your ass? There aren't very many animals that are just going to shrug off a modern day rifle calibre. And those that can are not particularly fast. If there was some ultra-fast creature that was resistant to our weapons we would live every day in fear of it. Assault rifles being effective on humans is not because humans are fragile, you don't get to the top of the food chain by being fragile. The modern NATO 5.56 round is designed to maim, not kill. Because when you maim a soldier you remove him and the two men that have to carry him to safety from the equation. Also, you can't just breed armor into a species. This isn't fucking Spore. Evolution occurs over millennia and you can't just add a turtle shell onto a lion to see what would happen. What the fuck is all this, even? You could with genetic engineering. You've seen those rats with human ears growing on them right? Believe it or not, those mice are not actually genetically engineered. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vacanti_mouse

Simply visiting Japan is nowhere near enough exposure to cause any issues. If it were, they'd have to evacuate the whole country wouldn't they? Well, if your country was "Japan", I'd say hey maybe you're right. But you're not. You're just a big PHONY. Nevertheless, note that I say "you MAY be at risk", because I am an official legal expert who thinks of this shit in advance. Now get out of my office.

If you're genuinely interested in this issue, Derek Parfit has a nice treatment. His fullest statement is in chapters 10-15 of Reasons and Persons, but you can find something shorter (and bizarrely formatted) here: Personal Identity

Why are gamers obsessed with cats and zombies? Pretty sure people on the net like cats (as opposed to dogs) because you have to go for a walk with dogs and all that while cats just do their own thing, which just so happens to overlap with a nerds increased affinity to not go outside. Follow up question, are catgirls a thing because people are obsessed with cats or is it the other way around?
