Which is why I didn't bother replying.  Adding the "may" makes the statement almost completely empty of meaning. I can say that essentially whatever "may" be true. If I go to Chile I may get eaten by a polarbear. True. If I go to US, I may turn into a badger. True. None of them are likely, and most would argue that the possibility is so slim that it is reallly not wort the time to worry. Nonetheless, it is impossible for anyone to mathematically exactly 100% prove that it cannot happen. Thus they "may" happen.So in that context, it is safe to say that if I go to Japan, I may have higher risk of getting cancer.  And also, the chances of getting superpower mutants may be higher. Now to a more relevant question: if I go to Japan, will my risk off getting cancer increase so much that I need to bother? | ||
