I think that too. Par in real life is the standard, and being below the standard means bad. On the other side, at golf, its how the score system works. Golf is about putting the ball in the hole with as less tries as possible. As in real life, par is the average (amount of tries you are given to put the ball in the hole). | ||

You actually change up to a few cm between morning and evening, as your spine gets compressed as you stand up daytime. So maybe sleep, or stay horizontal, more often? But something that loosens joints or grows bones, even a little bit, would help tremendously. | ||
