If Bin Laden was dead more than a week before this, I guarantee it would have leaked. The forces that killed him, the special forces, the White House...there would be loose lips somewhere. Especially considering the number of conservatives in the military.

He said they found Bin Laden a week ago, but had to confirm. Apparently a CIA team got in a firefight with his guards at his mansion in Pakistan and they just announced it. So yeah, he's practiced for a few hours probably.

According to CNN there was no drone strike but people on the ground and there was also a gunfight

It sounds better if they say it was from "the most badass elite swat marines fbi cia strike force in history". Drone strikes are a very controversial subject as it is. Still, could be true.
