I stumbled upon this today and had a lot of fun with it. The game gives you a simple task, gives you about 15 second to understand and become an expert, then gives you another task, ad infintium.

I played it a couple times and i managed to get 79 as my highscore!

Great game. My friend showed it to me a while back. I can get to about 180, he got 225

I got 86 on my first try but the music was so annoying that i wont be playing it again, really fun game though

216 first try but i did play this before when it was posted on TL
not too hard, just focus on the up-downs and do the rest with your peripheral vision

Really annoying that you control the left side with your right hand and vice versa.

You really go through a process of "automation" for each of the tasks. If you run circles with the green box, you'll get most of the boxes without any attention.

Such a fun game, my IB scores probably all dropped based upon the amount of time spent between this and SC... High score was like 450 but still not worth all the hours spent on it.
