Depending on where the epicenter of the earthquake is, 7.0 is huge regardless on which country you live. Saying that 7.0 is not a big deal is disrespectful to countries affected by those earthquakes. | ||

Ok so you all have actually been in a 7.0 or bigger earthquake and because of your experience, you can tell me that is a big deal right? Obviously its going to be huge if it happens in a country who is not prepared for it, but in places like Japan its really not that big, 7.5 is when the things get messy. EDIT: Richter doenst measure how "big of a deal" an earthquake was, it measures how much energy was released. | ||
