Reportedly happened Thursday, April 07, 2011 at 14:32:41 UTC off the coast of HONSHU, JAPAN.
Really wish that I could have more to say to stir discussion so, for those living on the coast line of Japan stay close to your loved ones, watch the news, and listen for tsunami warnings. Remember that similar things happened off the coast of Indonesia and killed thousands, although they were not nearly as prepared as the Japanese are, you can't be too careful.
Nuclear Crisis Summary:
As a result of the tsunami in Japan the cores in nuclear power plants have been exposed and have become extremely unstable, here is a link to the SA forum where the OP shows what's really going on over there, answering some questions and giving good information. Thanks to CyberPitz for linking this to me.
