Nothing, because the world bank doesn't finance the american state and is in fact for a large portion itself funded with american tax payer money. I'm all for this intervention and nobody should be against it. It is right to critizise and analyze it but it should happen because it is better than doing nothing. Russia etc. just wants to critize the west as they always do... trying to make it like they're meddeling when they're really helping. It isn't 100% morally correct since we're imposing what we percieve is justice upon a conflict with many sides. The biggest problem in this conflict is that Lybia has alot of "tribes" in its society and these are largly loyal to eachother, with Ghaddafis clan holding alot of high ranked positions making a fast surrender douptfull. However if the troops on the ground could come to their senses and desert it could be a swift end.

Al Jazeera is reporting claims that British SAS and other special forces have been in Libya for weeks. Rebel supporters in Benghazi have been expressing their gratitude towards the French pilots who were the first to start the air strikes. Yunis Salem, 52, an oil sector worker, told Reuters: If the French had not struck, we would be suffering now. They came in time. Four planes from Qatar have been deployed over Libya according to the French defence ministry, AFP reports. Similarly, a caller on BBC News 24 says that Gaddafi's force is bombarding the town of Misrata, "destroying everything", shelling the hospital and ambulances as well as the port and steel works. A senior US military official has said that he "fully expects" more strikes on Libya, after today's wide-ranging attacks. Cobra, the UK government's crisis response committee, is to have a meeting within the next 20 minutes, according to the Ministry of Defence. Sheikh Youssef Qaradawi, the prominent Sunni cleric, has criticised Amr Moussa's apparent flip-flop on the military intervention. According to Sultan Al Qassemi, a Middle Eastern journalist, on Twitter: @SultanAlQassemi: Qaradawi now asked about Amr Moussa's comments. Qaradawi: "You cannot protect the civilians without taking out (Gaddafi's defenses)" Six Norwegian F-16s are to set off to bases in the Mediterranean tomorrow, according to Brigadier Per Egil Rygg: We are also sending 120 pilots, technicians, security personnel and press officers.

Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha has offered all his country's facilities to the international military coalition against Libya, the AFP news agency reports. Ban Ki-moon, the UN chief, has implied a certain level of doubt over how long the latest ceasefire will last, saying he hopes the Libyan army will "keep its word". America's air force is reportedly urging Libyan citizens over the radio to stay indoors and not engage aircraft "for your own safety" according to unconfirmed reports on Twitter Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has condemned what he called "indiscriminate bombing" by the US and its allies in Libya, claiming the US is after Libya's oil, and warned Obama not to try any similar intervention in the South American country Anti-aircraft fire lights up the sky over Tripoli an hour after a cease fire was announced. Sky News reports that something sounding like a cruise missile was heard just before the air defences burst into life. The AFP says a "loud blast" hit Tripoli amid the tracer fire, while Reuters says a loud explosion was heard in the capital. further update from Sky News - a "massive plume of smoke" can be made out in the night sky in Tripoli, which the broadcaster says is coming from the vicinity of Colonel Gaddafi's compound. There is no suggestion the smoke is coming from the compound itself, but it is said to be nearby.
