Stop eating breads and starches of all kinds. This is important for a variety of reasons: 1) Eating breads causes your body to produce insulin which pushes fats into storage centers, as well as pushing carbs into their own storage centers. 2) Breads actually make you feel sluggish/tired throughout your day because of glucose spikes and crashes. 3) This advice includes all breads (whole wheat/multi-grain too.) 4) Cereal may be the single most evil creation of man ever. 5) If you are very strict with this diet, you will actually get a six pack with no working out involved. The main storage of energy for carbs is in your midsection. 6) The only carbs you should eat are fruits and veggies ^^. Edit: Also don't listen to the popular food pyramid that has breads as your core dietary food. Meat is your friend.

However in many countries and jurisdictions, the title "nutritionist" is not subject to professional regulation; any person may call themselves a nutrition expert even if they are wholly self-taught.[2] In most US states, parts of Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, the term nutritionist is not legally protected, whereas the title of dietitian can be used only by those who have met specified professional requirements. So nutritionists aren't necessarily to be believed. EDIT: formatting.

You can literally eat bacon for every meal and its fine according to it. Of course you don't eat bacon for every meal. Fruits and vegetables are extremely important as well. This diet is not "dangerous" America's current nutrition plan is based on a faulty study called the Lipid Theory or Lipid Hypothesis, which stated that fats were.... you know what? It's 4 am, I don't care to argue over a message board, watch Fathead. As for my personal testimony, I used to suffer from IBS and just plain laziness nearly every day. After cutting bread from my diet, I have tons of energy, I feel more strong and alert than I ever have before, and physically I look better than ever while still maintaining the same level of exercise. Sure my opinion doesn't mean much, but try it for yourself. Edit: Just thought of a super useful tip, next time you go to the grocery store, buy hard bristle tooth brushes. Hard means as solid as possible. Despite a little bleeding when I initially started using them, the overall results were great. My gums are healthy, and my teeth are white as can be. Also look for ones without all the tongue scrapers and little flappy things as, personally, they seem to just make your toothbrush more expensive with no benefit.

I've startet to do this since I read the tip but I still prefer the old way. The thing is, if you open it the monkey way, there will be a small non-edible top bit on the banana you have to pick and put somewhere. If you open it the other way, you don't have to deal with that. Much more practical, and I don't have to get all sticky on your fingers. Old way is better tbh, and I speak of experience. Haha

You can't just drink "some pineapple juice before the deed", you need a diet that's generally high in citrus and acid, and low in red meats and grease if you want to optimize for that factor. I would not consider it on par with other tips in this thread.

I.e. if you email is asdf@gmail.com, you could sign up to a website with that, but also a.sdf@gmail.com, a.s.df@gmail.com, and so on, and it will always be redirected to the same email. + character works too. MyAccount@gmail.com and MyAccount+alt@gmail.com will both go to the same address. I've used this for keeping multiple bnet alt accounts actually. Offhand, http://speedtest.nl vs http://www.speedtest.nl is an example. At times your browser will save you, at times it won't.
