If you're wondering how much water you should drink in one day, fill up an empty 2-liter soda bottle with water and try to drink that in one day and you'll have gotten your recommended amount. I've been drinking a ton of water lately and I've been so much more energized and refreshed. | ||

It sucks for a few days, but after that it feels great and you'll probably lose weight! | ||

Helps keep gall bladder and kidneys clear as well as almost everything in your digestive system and tons of other good things. I'm always shocked when friends of mine say they don't drink much water they say they always drink juices or sodas or other things. I'm like wattttt. | ||
