Where is Grrr?
Like why doesn't he play in ongament, kpga, or atleast try to qualify for smaller tourneys.
All i ever see of him is exhibition type stuff..
Is he not good enough to compete amongst pros anymore

I heard, that he got a bit tired of the game and doesn't practice enough. He was involved in the game design of "Epsilon Conflict", dunno whether this is still in progress or if will never be released, haven't heard of this title for quite some time.

But the point: what is he still doing in Korea if he doesn't even play Tourneys ? Can't be that cool for a Canadian over there except you are competing in BW Pro Scene, right ?

korea is a gamer's paradise and thats not just for bw. last i heard there were pro-gamers for everything from tekken 4 for plastation 2 too ut 2003. korea is supposed to have a crazy night scene(clubs etc.) much like countries from all over the world do. just because korea isnt your country and you dont know what goes on there that doenst mean there is nothing to do...in fact its really naive to assume that. korea isnt some underdeveloped country like kuwait or something.

Sorry sorry sorry, you have mistaken me completely, i never wanted to insult Korea or anybody living there.

My point was much more concerning about family, friends etc.

Cause Guillaume went to Seoul for playing BW on a professional level, but as it seems he doesn't really do that currently.

But as Nazgul is in the same Pro Team, why doesn't he tell us about him, would be nice.

Or interviewing Grrr...., telling him that there's a lot of Fans curious about what he's doing.

U remember the "Which gamer is your idol" Thread? Grrr.... won this by far, so i'd really like to know what he's doing.

And again: I bet Korea is a fascinating Country, i'd also like to go there once, not for gaming, but for the culture and the people living there.

Sometimes....The love for the game just comes to an end. There isn't much that you can do about that.

About loss of love for the game... I have only played about 850 games in total from the day I started playing Starcraft, so I cannot see the end to MY love for the game yet. Grr however, I heard, has played over 20 000 games.

do they even enjoy it at that lvl??? i mean, having to have played this many games...
seriously, wouldn't they sometimes just want to play something like 4v4 fastest possible?...
or even...some sort of madness ums ...and hten end up swearing at the unit imbalance.

they do do alot of weird and quirky things, i've seen everything from 1v1 with people switching up on the keyboard to 3v3s Korea vs Foreigners on $$$$$$Big Game Ice Hunters$$$$$$ so ya, sometimes they do want to play that, and of course, they do play it. ^^;

Damn, 20.000 Games, you he MUST be bored when having played that much.

Lets do a litte math: lets assume, that a game is about 15 minutes in average, which would mean that Giyom spent more than 200 DAYS playing Broodwar nonstop.

OMG, this is shocking...
