Basically, both mother and daughter come out of nowhere and blow everyone away with acting, and now with the singing. Thats a pretty talented family if you ask me.

Lets do a quick analysis. Having a disability helps in these competitions, the background story is compelling. epilepsy. it sucks. it's not fair. Now flying indoor kites with music. Yeah music makes stuff better, but unless anybody here flies indoor kites and can say its easy. i wouldn't discount that as a talent. it looks cool and it looks easy. a bunch of things look easy when people are good at it. still give them a chance, it might be a talent. | ||

I think it's more the fact that it felt like 90% of the reason that the kid made it through this prelim round is due to his having a disability, and it seems like it's a common trend for these types of competition shows. | ||

He may be nervous, but I still think he should stick to the elderly homes. Sometimes I think producers train up some people and then stick them into the show. For example: Apparently they are dirt poor and dance in the streets, but somehow they are able to come up with a custom mix of Lady Gaga's "Telephone". Plus, they are filmed in streets that are implied to be the streets that they dance in. | ||

This show annoys me so much how they spend half the show showing shitty performances, and as soon as someone really good gets on stage, they keep changing the camera angle to look at the host and the judges and the crowd. God damnit, I want to see the act for myself too! | ||
