Lucius Flavius Arrianus. I've read some of his stuff (translated, but I'm not too far off from being able to read the Greek too) and I really liked the style, clarity, and subject. The choice of this name is known as 'nerd compounding,' taking one nerdy interest and compounding it with another. Ancient history + starcraft. It's rather incohorent, I suppose. | ||

Tulkas isn't exactly a profound character; he's the one who solution to everything is "let me hit it with my fist!" When that doesn't work, he'll stop and say "Let me hit it HARDER." He's a simple man with simple pleasures, fighting, wrestling, and... well fighting. I picked the name because his character resonates with something in me. Like in most computer games I like to pick tanks who hit hard, and aren't overly sophisticated. Or like how I used to play football back in high school. Gotta be laughing and having fun while you're pummeling! | ||
