Break ups can be super hard. I would avoid as much contact as possible with the other person. Severe as best as you can. It really helps in the long run because if you don't have that constant reminder of them in your life, it's easier to move along and think about other things. At the very least remove their contact details from your phone/email/etc. so that you are not tempted to contact them.
