After a year, I competed in the Hawaii Triple Crown (BJJ tournament that has 3 meets throughout the year) and after 6 tournaments (3 in gi, 3 no-gi) I had won 4 gold medals and 2 silver medals. As a result of my success I won the championship belt for both gi and no-gi divisions. The majority of competitors never get a chance to win a belt, and I had won two simultaneously. Here's a picture of the two belts I won: ![[image loading]](http://i34.tinypic.com/vno1he.jpg) I'd wager that a grappling sport (short of actual fighting) is both an extremely difficult aerobic and anaerobic sport which requires extreme mental endurance and concentration. As we all know, high level competition in anything requires so much more than just talent alone. | ||

im being 100 percent legit here i cant swin worth shit. i can swim like 50 meters and im done. but i was on the senior varisty track team for my high school and i ran 11.4 average (my best was 11.26) we did pretty good, coming 4th overall i also play for the varsity soccer team for my university, but i play red shirt, meaning im one of the subs. | ||
