Incontrol your BMI is probably above 20% you just dont enjoy being a fatass so you try to make everyone think that your not fat

You also brag about being strong but when your obese and strong you can lift more than a lighter guy, if you were actually in shape (in which case you would have to lose about 100++ pounds) you would lose much muscle. its EZ to be fat iNc.

And the only way a guy like you could run a 4.6 40 is if the coach who timed you wait a good couple seconds after you started running to start the clock

Wtf dude... you made an account just to say that? He's a tank and you wish you could be him.

Yeah Your right, I wish i could be a incontrol, i wish i could be as fat as him, i wish i could be as bad at starcraft as him after playing for 10 years.

It would be awesome to be incontrol, but wouldnt it be more awesome to be a Skinnier starcraft player with no life.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I can't decide whether to pity you, or honor you with my first blatant flame.

... eh, you're not worth either.

edit: Have most flamers actually ever seen a pic of him? Huge pecs/shoulders, slim waist... mmm

Being outstanding at one thing > being decent at several. 1005 combo is pretty good, but notice his place on the list; even within his gym hes not tops. A 4:07 is state champion time. Fucking incredible.

This guy is a hero. All you people who think you're more athletic cause you run a 5 minute mile or whatever don't have shit on this guy. Jesus, are these highbar squats? http://vimeo.com/3305243 beaaaasstttt

5 minute mile?

try 4:07.

Don't care, come back when you can squat more.

such an american.

ever hear its not the big that eat the small, but the fast that eat the slow? enjoy sluggin along chubz.

excelling at several lifts>excelling at one single thing

Being outstanding at one thing > being decent at several. 1005 combo is pretty good, but notice his place on the list; even within his gym hes not tops. A 4:07 is state champion time. Fucking incredible.

ty ^_^ i havent run like that for at least a year, that was my time junior year at regionals, ran 4:11 at state, it was windy -_-

excelling at several lifts = excelling at several races. aka: mile, 2 mile, 800, 400 and steeple chase.

also the 40.

EDIT: JESUS im waving my e-penis hard @_@ i havent defended my athleticism in so long. too lazy.

ofcourse he is not. Because he's a small fella and there are weight classes.
Im sure he can provide you with exact numbers for that, but 1005 combined is up to par with state championships. In fact, a year or two ago in a junior division it woulda made him competitive on a national level.

Strictly from technical standpoint the big 3 is employing all the muscles in your body equally while running doesnt.
But given how hard i personally find running i give u a go ahead on the = sign.
Yall are equally awesome. Carry on.

Also you're not waving any epenis. Unless you provide proof, we're just talking hypotheticals.
