but, im convinced meat is terrible for you. ive never met a vegetarian with cancer, and meat is really bad after all the processing, i just think it would be really healthy. adding to that im an athiest so my goal in life is to live as long as possible, i think this will help. | ||

It's so much better than soy milk (the shit tastes like chalk) and it's pretty good for you. Also, the idea that you need shitloads of protein isn't really true. You should be getting about .36 grams of protein for every pound you weigh. Having a really high protein intake also isn't exactly good for you. Just eat the soy, you'll probably be healthier eating less protein | ||
