IV gives you a dual LSE fit assuming you use meta. But V gives you a LSE2 regolith combo which gives you another 2k EHP. | ||

I say keep at it, but I found linking from a safe in a cloaky nullified t3 to be pretty safe as far as combat support goes. Also, being a dedicated covops to scout and probe down people. Scimi can be rough because in lowsec you're always going to be GCCed repping pirates and you'll most likely be primary all the time against any gang that's willing to take the fight. | ||

We fly links. With heat you get 40k. Regardless, as a Scimi you have to watch for when the enemy fleet changes primary and anticipate who will need reps based on FC's orders and what the enemy is doing. You have different warp ins from everything and you have no defense: you have to rely on the rest of your fleet to keep you out of trouble because you can't just F1 yourself to safety. You're almost always the primary, especially if you're the lone Scimi. In lowsec you're almost constantly GCC'd. Half the time when you're in a fleet fight you burn back to the gate and sit there at 0, meaning your fleet can't get outside of rep range and thus limiting nano capabilities for everyone else. Drake: F1, occasionally MWD. | ||
