Not as awesome as a web, but it does work at 90km. I'd totally take roughly half the damage bonus from having a target webbed than the salvager heatsink in a drake. This really is a buff for the drake, and other ships to a lesser extent. Edit: even at web range you won't incur stacking penalties by throwing a tp on the target. More dmg is more dmg. | ||
