Problems have been reported from people using PS3 one with the PC. I've got my TE arriving some time this week. Last available batch too, apparently. Can't wait to get it >_<

I guess I'm more cheap than lazy as I'm gonna eventually make my own. cool, care to point me in the right direction? :D On May 06 2009 01:17 freelander wrote: Does anyone have any high level SC4 vids? You mean the throw break has a "recovery" where you can be hit? @_@

I use mostly custom sticks, but with MvC2's rerelease it's not outta the question to make a shoebox stick.

In fact, the SE microswitches are stiffer than the ones in the JLF, so the stock SE stick actually has more resistance engaging. That said, the first-run SE sticks had much much greater problems than that (loose washer causing scratches on the PCBs and dynamic short circuits causing a lifespan of 0-30 hours or whatever). I believe the current SE sticks being sold have the washer problem fixed, so all you need to deal with is general build inferiority rather than stick-breaking defects out of the box. The stock SE doesn't pivot so great, it centers kind of badly, etc. But I'm just not sure I can agree on the "loose" part. ![]() edit: well, definitely looser than average stick though

IIRC this can happen after just 10 hours. (Or did they finally fix that problem?) Then there were all the complaints about the joystick buttons getting stuck or no longer responding. Anyway, have fun with your typical Madcatz crap. =/

![]() If you enjoy it enough, I think a hrap3 is well worth the $100. Speaking from personal experience, it's a great stick with no modding necessary. Not hard to mod later on if you decide to, but there's not much of a need. In other news, my roommate downloaded all of the osb3 marvel matches on zachd last week. Having watched some of them, holy shit. Yipes's rowtron is amazing. So much fun to watch ![]()

We both really, really longed for trying this game out (even if the X-box controls are far from optimal to play on), and we had a ton of fun. The best thing about us VSing in fighting games (we're total scrubs in everything btw ![]() Oh well, just wanted to share my tales. This made me wanna own a copy of SFIV ;]
