anyways for a serious answer. it just depends on how farmed they are. it's also a lot easier to farm with storm as you can mid with him and he has a 4 sec cd 260 damage aoe nuke. also you can kill people easier as they literally can't get away from you unless you run outta mana.

My argument was that at level 16, assuming neither is too farmed and both go for reasonable builds, neither one would be able to kill each. If Panda stays to fight, he'll get surrounded by illusions and diffusal blade will chip away at his mana, so the longer he fights, the more danger he's in, so he'll have to roll away soon. And if things go bad for naga, she ults and has ample time to tp or run away. I'm of the opinion that if both players play smartly and make reasonable decisions, neither should be able to kill each other in a solo fight.

If Storm can survive the 5 seconds in net (GHOST SCEPTER LOLOLO) + has Linken's/BKB to block Theoretical Orchid/Guinsoo he will NOT DIE (winning depends) assuming both heroes are fully decked out (also Bloodstone charges is variable) but Naga will probably just sleep as soon as she gets low anyway unless Sheep and Silence kills her fast enough.

Point is, you and your friend are idiots for arguing over "who wins 1v1".

The argument arose when we were up against a naga who did the whole "ult, take out your raxs, and back off" on all three lanes to win and he was insisted that storm spirit would be THE ULTIMATE HARD COUNTER to naga siren.
